Exact Match Domain (EMD)

So what would be the minimum amount of unique visitors each month for a good EMD domain name that could generate clicks with Adsense on the page ?

its a bit confusing if this would actually work or not

What I want to do is just buy these domain names and put a few pages of information on it so Google will like the page and then put Google Adsense links on it

so basicly I want to make money with Adsense on these websites, without really updating the content

I dont want to disappoint you, but I'm afraid there is a long way ahead of you. Take into account that there are at least 1000 people wanting the same at this same moment, and you have to be better than all of them.

There is a proven way to achieve at least some income, and it doesn't include adsense. Instead its very relevant (and selling) content, EMD, large wordpress site covering the nuances and links to relevant clickbank products. AdSense is a pain in the .. you know what.

Does it say "Low competition" in the adwords tool? If yes, that means that there aren't many advertisers with Adsense so the CPC you see will not be the CPC you get most of the time. You want medium or high competition in Adwords in order to get targeted ads.

720 searches is a fine number to get started with IMO.

Well, but, it's always a good choise to put both Adsense & affiliate offers on the site, right?

You can do the math yourself, its pretty easy. Suppose you rank 1st, then 40% of all the traffic for the keyword is landing on your site. At least %1 of these will convert.

So if you get X traffic, only 0.4 * 0.01 * X will buy something, e.q from every 1000 visitors you will get 4 conversions. If your content is really good you can increase that 0.01 to 0.05 and then from every 1000 visitors you will get 20 conversions.

Adsense converts worser than well described clickbank product. In adsense you get cents for conversions, on clickbank you get about 40$ per conversion. IMHO adsense is good only if you're able to bring a lot of traffic, a lot means at least 5,000 uniques a day.

Okay, you really made me open my eyes. I'm happy because I only spend around 30$ right now on bad bad domain names that I thought were good domains but actually they are not. Also i've been wasting my time the last 3 days trying to get blackhat traffic to my website just to get Adsense clicks

What I find annoying with Clickbank is that they only use Direct Wire or Bank Deposit, why don't they use Paypal or Payoneer? That would be much more convenient and faster

Yep, thats a major problem with them. God knows what stops them from expanding to more common payment methods.

Adsense is frequently referred to as "cracksense" in IM, because it's the crack cocaine of web profits. It gives people that cheap first high of easy moolah, that you end up forever chasing. It's better to learn how to set up several kinds of monetization for your sites so you don't end up addicted to Google's drug in order to function.

How about . info domains? These are the only EMD domains I can find with thousands of monthly searches looking for what I can offer

Can they be on the 1st page of Google even with highly competitive keywords? (i'm talking about EMD here)

There's plenty of .info on the first page of Google in highly competitive niches. But you have to think of the CTR as well as ranking. In some cases .info domains may not get clicked on as much because they look 'spammy' to people - but Google will rank them the same as other generic TLDs. If you go for .info make sure your title and meta-description look legit and better than your competition. Don't get caught up in ranking and forget to optimize CTR, you can get better CTR at position #4 if you have a better title and description than the #1.

Ok have a think here as this is not the way to go. EMD's still carry a kick, but a much smaller one than before. Low competition searches may be low enough for an EMD to be good enough on its own, but this is still unlikely. A few pages of shitty content is not enough. You will need to create a site relevant to your search and multiply that content by 4x. Non spun, original and able to keep potential customers interested in your wares. Google has upped the importance of bounce rates. This means a thin shitty adsense site will struggle as you will likely have a high bounce rate. Backlinks are also important, though again many types have lost relevance over the past couple of years. You really need the whole pie; Domain, backlinks & good relevant content that will please the users, (not google, they will be analysing your bounce rate, not buying from you). My advice, find suppliers for the products you want to sell, get a decent drop ship arrangement, and gear your site to actually being a business within that niche. Your alternative with a small crappy niche website for adsense etc is to drive your own traffic to it to gain the benefits of a small click through percentage.
720 exact searches is pretty lame unless you are selling stuff that will give you decent commission. If you are in the top 3 you are likely to gain maybe 4 or 5 sales a month. Selling t shirts or whatever, this will not amount to anything worth making the site.

i want to sell my MNS... it's ranking on #5 but don't have enough time too manage it. my CPC is around 5.31$ and GMS is 5400 and LMS is 1600. How much it's worth any suggestion guys??

EMD's have lost a ton of the power they used to have... and you're talking to someone with over 25 of them. I still think they are slightly easier to rank, but the real reason you see them ranking over other sites is more of an illusion than anything. People are so stuck on them (myself included). However honestly and aesthetically - EMD's look like trash. If you are trying to build an authority site I'd stay away from them and go with a great catchy name.
