How I monetize my site and get more traffic

for movies my traffic is low currently but improving but slow, I want to ask few questions.
1. any good way to make money from site like this.

2.Rapid way of increasing the traffic.

as what i've see in this site (BHW) most users are into movies and most of the suggestions are,
"apply into some cpa content locker" and lock some of your movies. so any visitors who want to watch movie in your blog, they have to complete some offers first

I belive content locking is not a good option.. any good cpm network in your knowledge

I agree with no cpa.. I am looking form any good cpm network with multiple payment option, paypal is not supported in our country.
