Hi there, I'm looking for the best paying Google Adsense alternative. My blog is about real estate and rentals in the US and United Kingdom. I've been trying to look around on forums but the problem is that everyone has another opinion.

All I want is the BEST Paying Google Adsense alternative with good payment methods such as Paypal.

For the real estate niche maybe try bidtraffic, they have several niches with nice ppc, i think real estate is one of them (or at list it was once...)

TrafficZ just released a new search product called Ad Tools. It is an AdSense alternative as well. There is a blog about it on the TrafficZ website and a signup page with more information. You do need to have a developed site or blog, meet a minimum monthly traffic amount and have some domain authority in order to get approved for the feed.
