6 is possible with the multiple account method though if done without thought it can be easy to detect

basic apply, different proxy IP's etc...

I find more luck in answering existing questions for the specific niche, with 1 account per niche

You can participate in yahoo answer. It is something like forum. One person asks about their problem and another people give the answer. You can go there and answer their question and add your site links if your site has better solution.

If you make your answer helpful, they will last.

But, if your account gets banned, the answer / link will stay up.

1) Backlink From Classified Ad:
These are not permanent but backlinks from ads in free classified sites really help for SERP and Traffic boost. People usually avoid to buy them because they are not permanent. Ads expire after certain time like 2 months, 3 months, 5 week... each classified site has different expire time period. Some of them deindex expired ads and some of them don't. backpage is one of them. Many classified sites send an email when it expire, including link to renew the same ad. I have seen many positive results with classified ads. and I use them.

2) Back Link from web2.0 :
This is an important source to get backlinks and google love them so much. I use web2.0 and articles to create a Link - Wheel and get massive results.
