Need recommendation for Content Locking site

please tell me which is the best site for Content Locking ?

For now i have found : Cpa lead

and Sharecash

are they good ? is cpa lead good ?

I need one where payments are certain and where are highest paying.

The best one is MGcahs and then Blamads. The issue with blamads is late payments. But MGcash rocks.

If you use content lock pro then you can use other non incentivized offers too.
