I would appreciate a lot if someone could PM me datas for two VCC.
Im sure someone must have collection of them. My Paypal accounts got limited and somehow need to open another one and its reserve.

I want to ask a question - My country is not allowed to have paypal. However few years ago I created an account and stated that I live in Greece.
Then I was freelancing and I have earned $20 there.
I can not take them out from my paypal account - so is VCC solution? if I buy VCC will I lift the limitation over my paypal account?
