Hello friend i have already verified my Indian PP account with bank account.But i can't send money from my account.also it's not possible to buy anything like hostgator hosting or domain from godaddy without adding credit card with my PP account.Will my every limit will be lifted if i use you VCC for my PP complete verification.Please reply me.

in ur country paypal doesn't allow payment through paypal balance. just put money on ur VCC through ur debit card and use it through paypal. No problem at all. You may need to change the payment settings in your paypal account to allow payment through paypal balance and not credit card.
 
Man, how can I contact you? I need a VCC to be able to shop online stuff like hosting and domain name. Can your VCC do so? I need to top up the VCC for $20 as well. Please PM me ASAP.
