My First Post - A simple question.

I am new to Black Hat World. I want to start a thread in Buy/Sell Services. What I need? Can i directly pay $30 and start a thread? Do I need certain things like post/XX days old account... ? Thank you in advance.

Thanks Mate! I am also new with BHW. I have own same question, As you mention. But we need to active at least 90 days. first we need to make a reputation and brand image with BHW community.Thanks!!! Good Luck
