After just over a month, all of the client's sites moved up in rankings DRAMATICALLY. My question is: can I use this service again and again and keep seeing the same increases, or is it just a one time thing?

I'm not forcing you to wait 5 minutes more, it is on you absolutely, but after latest google updates at least 90% of our clients saw SERP after 2 months more less, that was a reason why i wrote that in our thread, because that's a fact. You got your reports 20 days ago, so there is a plenty of time to see SERP move.
Honestly i don't know on which links are you point when you said it's garbage, because as i can see 95% of them are live + huge bonus you got, and they will be live, and indexed by time, which will bring you SERP move.

If you said that just to get better picture for refund, really there wasn't need for that.
All you need to do is to PM me and we can manage everything easily.

2.) If you do, will you visit each URL so as to get ideas for the content, or will I need to provide you with writing topic instructions for each URL when placing the order?
