So I just found out about Flippa's new site valuation tool and I thought I would check it out. To my surprise (well not really) Copyscape showed that there are a few potential copies of my content so I thought I would check it out and what do you know, a BHW member http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/15705-juggalomc.html who seems to be constantly lurking the forums but hasn't posted since 2011 has copied my site's content completely while only replacing the links to his own affiliate account.

The funny thing is that when I went through his old posts on BHW I found one of his threads where he complained about someone stealing his blog, and now he does the same thing you know? The thread can be found http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/blogging/42106-someone-stole-my-blogger-blog.html (what a coincidence, a person that I've replied to has stolen my content without even knowing it was mine).

So to get to the point the content was copied roughly 8 hours ago (according to the time stamp) and it was posted on Microsoft Exchange Server Forums word for word. The content was 100% unique because back in the days I ordered it from a very reputable and skillful writer here and up until now it has never been copied. What pisses me off the most is that it has been copied word for word of which I got full evidence in the form of screenshots and links.

Unfortunately I can't post the evidence here as I don't want to reveal my niche for obvious reasons, but I will be happy to pass on what I've got to any mod/admin. Although this shit list thread may not be fully acceptable here I believe that no one wants members who lurk the forums and steal other peoples content because they can't create their own. I think such people should be named and shamed, maybe not their full details but at least their online usernames and email addresses. I've got the persons full details including their Facebook account etc but I will not post this as it is against the forum rules. I cannot post this persons email address as it consists of their full name.

That's about it. If you think this thread is pointless, think of it this way, if a BHW member steals another member's product and goes to sell it on another forum would they hit the shit list or would they still be allowed to browse BHW?

Don't steal my content or anyone else's for that matter, but if you are going to do so, make sure you don't leave any evidence behind or I'll get you and make sure you get what you deserve.

Hold on, can you really get banned for stealing someone's content when it isn't related to BHW? I mean, he didn't steal your product, he didn't even steal any content HERE. He took it from one of your websites. I agree it was a dick move, but I don't think he should be banned for his actions off of BHW.

There have been members that did get banned for scams they did outside of BHW. I know this may not be an appropriate thread due to the shit list rules but if he doesn't get banned then at the very least I wanted to warn other users to watch out. It shouldn't be hard these days to track people who copy content and even though this may not be "ban hammer" stuff it is always good to know what kind of people you're working with.

The stolen article is linked to GetNow.org where he redirects it to his ClickBank hoplink. From their a whois search on his domain shows that he's from Latvia, his Facebook account confirms this. To be extra sure his Fiverr account with his username also confirms he's from Latvia. There could be many more "juggalomc's" but I am pretty sure that the details I've got on him are correct and that this is the "juggalomc" that's registered on BHW. Only way to fully confirm is to contact the mods.

I'm going to lock this thread, but keep it visible for now. This is definitely not a legitimate shitlist issue, and no action will be taken against juggalomc, in regards to the forum. He didn't steal a product, and he didn't scam anyone.

Here's the thing, this is the very nature of blackhat. I think you're taking this very personally, and I can understand where you're coming from. How many times do you think the folks in this community are competing with each other in the same niches? How many of our collective tricks are used to gain an advantage over each other, completely unknowingly? I'd wager it's much more common than you realize. If he had no way of knowing it was your site, meaning ShadeDream of BlackHatWorld, it's obviously not a personal attack. It's just another blackhatter trying to get ahead, it's pretty standard. Think about all the times you've cheated the system or bent the rules to get ahead; you fucked somebody, somewhere. Maybe not intentionally, or with malice, but you did it. Content gets stolen and duplicated all the time, it's one of the foundations of the internet at this point.

Does it suck? Hellz yah it does. Just beat him where it counts, don't make personal threats or allude to fucking with someones life. That's emotional, and doesn't benefit you. Think about it, you threaten him because you have his information, and now you've opened yourself up to retaliation. It's all a waste of energy, really. Compete where it counts, hit him in the wallet, or see if he's doing anything that could possibly benefit your activities and reach out. Whatever you wanna do, just don't make shit like this personal.
