Well you could start off by googling your keyword and see if you're there......
There has to be a tool that can search the pages.. so I don't have to go through 20+ pages..

Well, you can't tell in a short time.And you may wanna buy some links with low page rank if your website is new, because there is no reason a website with high page rank will link to you except for money which is forbidden by Google. So be careful.

I bought 120 bookmarks for $2.. I know it was only $2 but i think that it was a waste

Nah, their recent update totally fucked it. Nor they have a cloud based rank tracker and its a shit. I loved the manual link checker a lot better.

Its not always true bro.when you know,where are making backlinks for your site,then you will make traffic also.giving 2 dollar and letting someone to make backlinks is not so garrantied way.atleast it will cost more than that.i think ,your provider must have done a backlink indexing and pinging,not "backlinking".
