I installed WP cmd, than uploaded files with FTP, than changed the .php file (username, name, password). Where is the problem?

Sorry, gotta ask a newbie question because I suck at anything PHP or database related. IF I do a buy this script, how do I install it? Its not wordpress right? I'd have to upload via FTP and then create a database too?
