I really hate having to post anything in the Shit List but after back and forth sections on email, unanswered post on Piibot's support page I'm a little pissed off for what I believe was a waste of money.
I purchased Piibot to supplement another Pinterest bot that I have in my possession as I wanted a way to create accounts (instead of having to buy them which can get pricey).
1. Support is pretty much non existent from the developer. Although a bit slow to response (maybe the time zone difference) he would respond to my email but never really provided any solution to my problems except for maybe the "I'll release a update to fix that". I suggested he create a forum for licensed owners to help each other out and he ended up creating a Zendesk site but no one ever responds to suggestions or a ticket I submitted.
2. Account creator has never worked for me. I have provided xml's, DeathByCaptcha account info, etc to help him figure out why it never works even after multiple rewrites of the application. Developer has provided me with 200 accounts to tide me over.
3. Pin/Repin module fails to post at random times.
4. Piibot application tells me that there is a update available when I start the application but when I click to download it, the site is not available. Opening a ticket has yielded no response.
So does anyone have this bot and if so, are you having the same issues as me?
Running from 4+ computers (Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows 7, and Windows XP and they all show the same problem).
