Constructors/Builers WP Theme

I been wanting to find a wordpress theme on Constructors/Builers. I did a Google search but it returns me those "Under Construction" wordpress themes. That is not what I am looking for. I need wordpress themes which I can use for a Construction company (more like Builder / Civil Engineering niche) with people wearing yellow cap/helmet... with some cool drafter and engineering drawings and stuff.

I am willing to buy the theme too, in case there is not any nulled version around.

Any ideas? Any sources please? Thank you
