What software do you use to analyse the monthly search volumes of a huge list of keywords?

I have about 1,000 keywords I want to filter quickly.

If you just want the search volume for those keywords, you can just copy and paste them into Google's Keyword tool and it will grab the results for you. You can paste in up to 2500 keywords at a time. I think you need to be logged in to paste that many.

Login to G keyword tool, download all of the keywords, open it up in excel, and sort from lowest to highest.

just click on the sort by volume tab available in the keyword tool.
