They are for you to use when you are searching for sites using the built in site search functionality. They all are just like pastebin.com.

The crawl tool does not produce very good results when checking "With anchor text". My title might be "weight loss" but the spintax that is generated is: url#{weight|loss} -- basically unrelated.

I have been lurking on this site for quite awhile now, just recently registered and I must say that for the first time ever I am actually considering buying a program. A good friend of mine recently suggested I check out the tools that GSA offers and I just had not gotten around to it yet.. He uses their tools for his PR6 site and loves them. He recently commented to me when I mentioned getting SENuke / SENuke X that I would be wasting my money on a very frustrating and time consuming program that is getting outdated quickly. Tried out the 5 day trial, shut down the program within the 5 days, re-opened and now it doesn't even want to start up.
The initial startup box comes up (Register, Ok, Buy Now) and then it minimizes for a second, followed by shutting down. I tried re-installing and the same issue arises. Contacted support and still haven't received a response.

What's going on? I am trying to run on Windows Vista.

This problem happens sometimes with the trial version. I think you should contact GSA directly or just buy it.

People post there sometimes site lists and you have the possibility to harvest this urls directly from this paste site. Pastebin is a very famous site, because a lot of coders and hackers are using it to share simple text-content.

how exactly did sven integrate the pastebin urls? does SER now use them when searching for engine footprints in the search online for urls option? previously i just make up my own footprints like the examples previously provided: siteastebin.com "action=profile" and just change the site url, but if its already built in now, maybe i am wasting time? can anyone confirm?

Had to play around myself too. It's quiet simple when you know it:

1. Select "paste-sites" (in options->advanced->search site lists)
2. Select a footprint of the wanted platform(s)
3. Now it builds the footprints itself
4. HARVEST and get new urls

Of course you can use your own custom footprints too.

At a guess, file(s) may have got corrupted in the installation.

Try doing a full uninstall using Add/Remove Programs.
Delete the install folder.
Delete the settings folder: C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Application Data\GSA-SER
Reboot.
Install.

Support is pretty responsive.

I have setup 2 campaigns.
Results:
Campaign 1: 327 submitted, 6 Verified
Campaign 2: 227 submitted, 19 Verified.

Time 3 or 4 days now.
PR1+, Max 80 OBL
Threads 70, Timeout 30.
Pause after 25 verified links for 1 day.
Blogs Comments Only.
Using Private Proxies. (and tested working every day)
Setup as per youtube videos. (close to it ;-)
100 KW's per project.
Analyze Competitors Backlinks
Use KW's to Find Target Sites.

Am I missing something obvious? Just seems submitted links seem a little low for the time, Just want to check I have got it right before I setup another 15 campaigns!

Any advice is appreciated!

Timeout of 30 seconds seems low (90-120 seconds). Analyze competitors backlinks will also post to non-blog sites. I dunno if you want that. You could also search for online urls (-> tools) and use this list for posting.

You might find that your in the shit lists if your blog comments being accepted are so low

Thanks for prompt response.

1) Not too concerned about verified rate...it's submission rate. Once this increases I can then debug why low verify rate.
2) I have now removed the post to competitor backlinks...thanks for the suggestion.
3) Also have SB and starting to get my head around that. Using it to generate the 100 or so keywords needed.
4) Timeout rate adjusted too.

Anything else I can try?

These are my questions:
1) How many root level categories do you recommend to add?
2) Do you use masks?
3) Surely it's best to leave everything at root level as there really could be any number of sub level formats.
