Good stuff mate. I started following your blog as I've just started getting into Niche Sites myself (currently have 4, waiting for all of them to get indexed and do the Google dance before I start anything major). It looks like you're well on your way to reaching your goal of $240/day.

Funny thing is, that our adsense hasn't moved up much from last month. We've been working on learning some other new things.

Yea, a lot of people are scared of adsense - even more got scared when Spencer, who was making over $10k per month got his adsense banned. Then we ended up finding out later that he reapplied a couple months later and he's been making great money again for at least 2 months. Even if he got banned again in 6 months or so, he'll have made another good $60k+.

How important are the PR-s when competing with other sites? The tutorial says to find keywords that have 3 PR 0 pages but there is almost no such kw out there.

do you guys go for keywords that have like 8 pr 0 with low backlinks but one (usually the first) site got aroun 150 backlinks but is a link of a subsite?

Wow. Very impressed. But 200 sites I'm sure took a while to build, and although $4k/mo is great money, that's about $20/mo for each site. I guess because of the very long tail keywords they just don't get the normal traffic? Still, great job and a good method.

I dont know what tool you're using, but there are tons of keywords out there that meet the criteria. That being said, the criteria we set is just guidelines for having the highest success rate. You can break the guidelines and still to well, but I believe the more you break it, the lower your success rate becomes.

With 8 PR 0s on the front page? Sounds like it may be a decent one to go with.

The main two tools we like to use are Long Tail Pro for keyword research and Magic Submitter for backlinking.

Hey Okey, At the moment we don't have any such plan for this. To me it just does not make sense to sell a site before it's ranking and earning.
