greensmyle are you a scammer?

Some time ago I did a deal with Jim (greensmyle). Because the project is done can not be completed on time, so I tried to contact Jim, asking for project development. To less than 20 days during which time it also determined that the project can not be handed over to me. I finally decided to request a refund for the payments I have done. And agreed upon by Jim, but up to 10 days from the email that he would return my money, he did not sent any response again and did not return as well. I've been trying to contact him via email and skype and YM, but still no response.

He has to refund my money about $850... ($100 for old project.. and then $750 for new project).

He just talk only.. but no action..

When I post the first time in http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...need-your-respone-jim-roberts-greensmyle.html... two days later he emails me .. He said:

"What's this post you did on BHW?? are you trying to discredit me? I didnt took your money I'm just the middleman who negotiated for you.

I'm disapointed in your actions ..."

But since what he said in the e-mail...He never contacted me again .. and did not return my money .. I have tried to contact him again .. but never got a reply from him ...

I just want my money back .. far too long since he promised to send me money ..

Still waiting for your return my money jim (greensmyle) ... or you're going to take my money?

I have tried to contact him for more than 5 days .. not taken ...

Previously he has 100 posts over .. and have a thread about writing an article service .. and I have known him .. about 2 years .. and often order more for his services .. and no problem .. everything is running smoothly .. but when I place an order for the last project.. he did not fulfill his promise .. He knew that if I made a thread earlier .. but why he would not respond to my post?

He had his chance and it's almost a week. Is it okay to post his personal information now? It's obvious beyond any doubt he is indeed a scammer. Anyone disagree?

It's a shame that he lost his 115 posts. It seems that OP is not the only one being scammed. He seems to have problems with others.

Anyone else get scammed by this guy?

I know his paypal ID and name. We're not going to do any violent against him or anything, but I have a few plan to further pursue him. Maybe we can get a buck or two back.

I am just curious. Why does someone with BST run away over $700 anyway? He is obviously scamming, because otherwise, he'll reply to WizGizmo right.

Anyway, if anyone else have dealt with this guy and want to cooperate with me, please let me know.
