Help in Starting a new site!!

Hello everyone
I am thinking of starting a new website for selling new clothes online & already got it approved by EBS!
I want to know how to generate more traffic and monetise using google adsense/adwork or any other thing "Legally"...
Would be more thankful if explained in detail...

Is EBS a merchant service?

Start by installing an e-commerce solution, not WordPress+plugin. I recommend OpenCart, it's so easy to use. Some might argue that Magento is better, it might be but its learning curve is too steep for an average user. To start generating traffic immediately, engage in those fashion and clothes forums, drop your link here and there and in your signature if the rules allow that. Tell friends about your site, post on facebook and let the crowd pick it up. Do PPC advertising using free credits and vouchers, decide the winning campaign and promote from your pocket. Read more on this forum and you shall make it.

Yea sort of... EBS is like an alternative to paypal! Will start posting the links of the website, once its fully designed! Can u plz elaborate on PPC advertising? I've been using ****** and hardly make any $$$... & How does adsense/adwork work?

You have choosen a difficult niche but with the right keywords and a lot of social networking, you will get more traffic.

If you are selling clothes, why would you want to drive your visitors away with adsense and the likes? PPC advertising can be done on platforms like Adwords, Facebook, Microsoft Ad, 7Search etc.

@Swenne Yeah its a bit difficult niche, but optimistic for it to do well! Now looking to get some followers and fb likes! Anyways how to monetise it if i do get more traffic!

No, it doesn't work like that, it ain't smart. You are afraid of not making money and that's it, you need to get rid of that fear. Focus on getting the visitor to make a purchase, either by offering a discount or some kind of bonus. Try to catch their email, tell them you have special offers for subscribers only, something like that.

The thing with Adsense or Amazon is that if the visitor happens to click on an ad (you earn like $0.5?), lands on another clothing site and makes a purchase, he will continue shopping on that site and you don't want that. You don't want the visitors to make their purchases somewhere else, so again focus on keeping them on your site.

There are many guides online about how to run a successful e-commerce business, look them up and read on.

Well OP, I sure hope you're not writing the articles, because what I just read from you wasn't something that Google would like to put in their search engines.
Go to the service section and buy SEO services. That's what will rank your site. Unless of course, you know how to do it yourself, however I don't think that's the case.

Goto easy social and get pinterest followers to your pinterest account. Pin your product and provide the source as your website. Pinterest is GOLD for girly clothes and stuff. Get your products repinned and watch the flow of traffic come in. Just focus really well on Pinterest its a gold mine waiting to be harvested.
