Actual PR7 and PR5 backlinks for free

Maybe two weeks ago I was attacked that I'm self promoting some sites which by the way aren't even mine. I told people then to post their URLs in 6 Directories which will get much higher PR because they have PR9 backlinks. Of course some laughed some accused me for scammer but now today those that listened can thank me. These directories just got ranks between PR3 and PR7. If anyone is still interested to get high backlinks you can check them below. I don't regreat it. Play by the rules and you'll get listed. Post first backlink to Directory at site which you want to post in Directory so that your posting stays in directory permanently. All that will try to play them will lose the submission and will be unable to post again. PR3 - PR7 backlinks here it goes:

Who cares why they look the same! That's the most important question when somebody offers you free PR5 backlinks from actual page where you post your URL?

dmoz.org PR7 if they list you at all they let you wait for months and list you at page with NO PR at all
pipublic.com/dir PR7 you are listed immediately and you get minimum PR5 back link from where you are listed

So is with other directories I listed and my intentions are some how again under the question.

Every account can submit only one URL and only one URL can be in the directory unless the account is Pro. Pro account costs $2.95/month which can be purchased for $19.95/year.

So you rather submit your URL in 16,803 sites and maybe get same effect then submit here once and get PR5 or PR4 back link? That's a first for me! How ever as I said I was questioned before and mostly irrelevant questions. I said there can be acquired PR4 and PR5 back links for free and if the back links is too much then I suggest you start submitting in 16,803 PR0 different sites because that's how much it takes to get equal to 1 PR5.

There are enough people the responded who want to do something on PR and if you have probelm with FREE service of course just one URL then skip it. There is other option submitting in Dmoz and other directories that have same PR at main page but you will get listed if ever at PR0 page.

You obviously know nothing about backlinks. what's so special about some useless directory links? we are approaching 2013 and you are talking about directories with reciprocal links.
Also your title says Actual PR7 links, these are not "actual PR" your link will be present in an inner page which is most probably got no PR.

From what i've seen in my niche backlinks from high pr directories are working great post penguin so i wouldn't dismiss it like that. I don't care for the crappy trickle down pr im getting but for the authority it brings

Well first one PR4 or PR5 site does not equal 16K other backlinks. Second the game is more sophisticated than that as Google is comparing profiles and it is not natural to have a single PR5 site when your competitors have 16K PR0 & PR1 sites. The value of reciprocal links are zeroed, the paid links are being promoted outside a BST, it's been observed that the actual links are on a secondary page, those spammy sites eventually get de-indexed so in that case it's better to have 16K low-PR backlinks. I'm not really interested in pissing into someone else's bank account, but I'm also not willing to stand around and silently endorse snake oil either. Some people read here for knowledge and I'd like to earn their respect, help them where I can, learn from them where I can and in general make money together. Others want to purchase "magic beans" that will get their site to rank #1, make their organ get bigger and start working again and fill-in their bald spot. Those people deserve "magic beans", so who am I to interfere?

I already said what I had to say. If you want to make a full-blown conversation about it, I can probably do that. Those are my basic parameters, above.
