It has been a long time since I have been itching the surface of Internet Marketing, but to my disappointment I have not earned a single dollar. It is not that I don't know anything about Internet Marketing. In fact I know more than an average noob. But still, I must admit I am a complete noob because I don't make money online. So to see where I stand amongst the elite internet marketing gurus, I have jotted some questions and self answered them.

Q. Who is your daddy?
A. Godaddy..............just kidding

Q. How many hours do you spend a day researching the money making opportunities in the internet?
A. More than 2 hours a day.

Q. Do you use coupons to buy a domain name?
A. Yes. I search for coupon codes in Google.

Q. Do you know what Adsense is, have you made money with it?
A. Yes, I have make $32 dollar, but I have not received a check. I was more of a word of mouth advertisement to attract my visitors.

Q. Have you ever started your own Adword campaign?
A. Yes, I started one with $10, but I could not get my ad running because I was directly linking to a CPA offer.

Q. Do you have a CPA account?
A. Yes I have a publisher account at Peerfly.

Q. What programming language do you know?
A. A little bit of HTML, CSS, and thats it.

Q. How many websites do you own?
A. 4

Q. Do you know how to build your own website?
A. Yes, I can build a website with CMS... Wordpress and Drupal.

Q. How much money have you spend so far in the name of making money in the internet?
A. More than 1000 dollar, thats why I am broke now.

Q. Anything skills that you want to share?
A. I can do keyword research, write articles. I have a paypal account, good ebay account. I am an Amazon assosiate. I can build a custom site in Drupal. I know Wordpress too. I have three Facebook accounts. I own Scrapebox. I have tens of website ideas. I can create screencast, I am pretty good at Photoshop, I have a reseller hosting account, more than 5 domains, I have a Linux VPS, which I build from scratch. I know about Clickbank, Fiverr, Flippa, SEDO, CJ, Astore, CPA, and more.

Q. Where did you fail?
A. I failed with implementation. I can build a website, but I cannot materialize it. My sites don't rank, and I do not get traffic.

The purpose of this self Q&A is to compare myself with other people in this forum, and see what know know and do different.
Please gurus of this forum, shed some light, again, and answer these questions, or you can just hire me. :loco:

If you're looking for any sort of money- you can write articles and know fiver, so just do that for a bit? (im sorry it is such a standard reply)

Thanks, but I don't think that anyone is going to hire me in Fiverr today. The competition there is overly saturated.

Based on all I read in here, you should pick 1 method, 1 road only and go deeper and deeper on it.

1 option is you can take 1 of your advantage (which the country like mine do not have) is having good ebay account, just dig deep into it, forget every other thing

same boat as op. However, i actually stop focusing on online marketing and rather took a step into SMS Marketing for local business. Even thou, I would still like to know on how to rank a website. My biggest concerns is that I know how to do it, but just fail at keeping a track and thus links get's build randomly. I do not do any deep linking either. I guess what it comes down to is, if I had a list of what needs to be done to rank a website, I can follow that.

Agree, pick on website niche, get traffic seo, youve spread yourself thin and each project is half finished. Your a jack of all trades, specialize in one area bro

Having skills is nice
But concentrating in one method and doing hardwork is important

Using your good ebay account, sell ebooks on it, or some other digital product? Sell "niche" articles, review articles, offer a service on fiverr for "review" articles about products, GO TO THE DOWNLOAD SECTION OF BHW, and find amazing free tools, theres a free facebook friend adder which will add, message, and post on walls, theres a few free twitter bots. Use those to send people a message and direct them to your niche/money site. Just a few things you can do to try to start getting traffic. If you can do any of that and get 10 clicks a day, you can scale it up and get 100 clicks a day, and make atleast $10-$20 off those 100 clicks.

Thanks for all your replies and suggestions. Really, I try to do more than one thing at a time, and that has been my problem. I think I will be taking the Flippa route.

What do you mean, "the flippa route". You're going to be a website broker?

With my expertise in Drupal, I will create websites and sell it on Flippa, or Ebay, for now.

I was also thinking what would be a better strategy?

1. Creating many websites and selling them for a low margin? I can usually create one website in a day.
2. Working on a larger website and selling it for higher price.
This is a basic dilemma for any business, High Volume- Low Margin or High Margin - Low Volume.

Nevertheless,
Would it be better to create one website, work on it (work hard), and hope it will earn, say $100 a day?
or,
Would it be better to create 100 websites, not work on it as much, and hope every website earns $1 dollar a day?

Ideas? Thanks.

Whatever you can do. 1 site will be easier to sell but it's really all about what you can actually do and what you're capable of.
You need to start writing articles for your sites, and a lot of them.

flip the 4 sites, get money, reinvest

If you have ever done that, you'll realize it's not that easy and his sites are crap right now so they won't sell. He clearly stated, his sites don't rank and he has no traffic.
