I would like to know how much costs in average a website like freelancer.com or fiverr. I dont need so many features, but I want to have a perception about how much I need to invest.

I already have a domain name and a hosting service.

If you want to code it yourself and wonder what language you would need, you're not on the right path already.

Such a project to code from scratch will require at the very least high php/mysql skills. And to do it properly and professionally, and a great eye for design + html/css to make it true, and some additional javascript/jQuery/AJAX features to make it look like 2012.

However if you're not a developer already, I suggest you do not try to learn development only for the sake of doing this yourself. This project is really huge for a beginner.

Either hire someone to do it, or maybe JV with a dev if you have a tight budget.

costs are very small.all you need is good hosting and a domain unless you design a brand new one.
