(Detailed) Review:
Short version: Good service, way overdelivered, I'm pleased with it. A few suggestions mixed in below.
My review was a couple days late. When I contacted Leith, he let me know that they had some trouble with emails not going out a couple days ago, apologized, and actually admitted fault - not something you see a lot these days. The report was sent shortly after that. I'll write a review while I wait for the refund, as promised.
The Web 2.0 sites look fantastic. All are PR 7-8 root domains, overdelivered by a whopping 50% - 15 instead of 10. They all have pictures & video, they all look professional, and they all have a topical article on them. Since they provided login informaiton, I'll almost certainly be adding more content to these sites and using them as a good Tier 2. The pictures are actually good enough that I'm considering stealing a few of them to use on my money site - they're dead on, and high quality. My only concern is the spun content - that's going to be the next thing G really figures out, and I think it'll hurt you. I see now that there's an option to use a single unspun article on all of these sites - I'd probably do that, or provide my own articles (assuming that's allowed). I'd be interested to see a package that included unique content on all these pages. Also, the username for every Web 2.0 is the same - it's one of my primary keywords, which is good, but it's possible it could create a little bit of a footprint. Just a thought for the future.
Pinterest pin looks good, and the web 2.0s pointed at it were overdelivered by 50%+ as well. The bookmarks to my web 2.0 sites were also way overdelivered - 6500 vs 5000. I did find that some of these pointed to an article that appeared to have been ripped from one of the sites that is my main competitor. I found it really funny - they'd never recognize it, even if I sent them a link directly to it, but the irony is something to appreciate.
Both sets of article directory submissions were overdelivered by 10-20%. Some of the directories are the same ones you see a lot, but some are sites that I'm honestly surprised to see the articles posted on - they almost look more like someone's person website than an over-SEO'd article directory. I'm not sure what they are exactly, but I'm happy with it.
The wikis look good, and are overdelivered - 600 to the money site instead of 500, and 4700 at the Web 2.0s, instead of 4000. They all have unique titles, but I'd love to see the titles be somewhat more related to the topic, and/or maybe not follow quite so strict a naming convention - it stands out a bit. Not a dealbreaker by any means, just another suggestion for improving the service.
The other bookmarks were all also way overdelivered, and seem to all be pretty solid, like everything else. It looks like there are actually 2 sets of bookmarks aimed at the web 2.0s - one set of 5000 & another set of 2500. The sales post even mentions both. I'm not sure what the difference is, but I'll take them.
Other thoughts:
The varied anchor text looks good - I'm not going to get hit with a penalty for all my links being "keyword" and "wordkey".
The report is good, but I'm not 100% clear on why it came as 2 separate files. A single file would be a little easier to read, and maybe even a key as to which tab contains links to which other tab - as SEO has to get more complicated, so do reports, and something like that would help those of use who don't have the service memorized know what's what.
One question - wre all of these links lindexed? That's a heck of a lot of links to throw out there at once, depending on your site's current link profile.
As far as results go, I'm still in the middle of a dance for the site I ordered this for. Only one of my keywords was in the top 100 when I ordered, and it was only at 85. Now all of them are out of the top 100, but I'll keep you updated as that changes.
All in all, an excellent service. I'm just going to take the refund I get and turn around and buy another one of these. Heck, just give me store credit - toss a free one my way, and we'll call it even.
