GSA Search Engine Ranker - Extremely Powerful Linkbuilding Software (Free 5 Day Trial)

Sorry if this is a bit off-topic, but until we have a dedicated SER forum I prefer to post on this thread.

I bought GSA SER a week ago and I'm very happy with it. Along with Scrapebox are the best SEO tools I ever bought, and I bought a few.

A question for the GSA SER team:

Can you create an add-on that scrape & rewrite on the fly articles, bookmarks descriptions, blog comments, etc (based on keywords for example) while integrating directly with SER (much like the indexer add-on does)?

The idea is to have relevant unique content to be scraped, re-writed and posted on the fly, without having to load all the fields for every project, and to minimize the use of duplicated content as well.

Currently there are a couple of tools that can do similar things (like wicked-article-creator) but these do not integrate directly with SER.

By watching what GSA SER can actually do, I imagine Sven could code a tool like that on his sleep.

I'll definitely buy such a tool or add-on from you, and I guess many people who have SER may be also interested.

I would have to talk to Sven about this and he would decide if he would want to add it. This would be a pretty big feature and would require a lot of overhead coding. You gotta keep in mind this tool is a 1 time payment. I will send this to him though and see what he says.

S4nt0s, a quick question.

When GSA encounters a text question, and the 'if all else fails ask user' option is switched off, does it check the textcaptcha file to see if its in there 1st, or just skip the site? Also, i understand it is supposed to learn text questions if i use the manual mode, but i cant seem to get anything added to the file, so i cant see how it should work.

These are things I would have to ask Sven about and unfortunately, he won't be back for a few more days. I'll be sure and write this down so I can ask him when he gets back. I believe the software will still try to solve the captcha and not just skip the site. I am not 100% sure on that though.

Is there a way of having profiles filled out in forums but not having actual posts in the forums? It's just too...spammy...for my liking.

Thanks

M.

There is no easy way to do this right now. You would have to see which forum type it is that you don't like (vbulletin, e107, etc) and then uncheck that platform so it doesn't post to it.

I'm not requesting this feature for free.

I want to buy it as a sepparated tool (like the GSA SEO Indexer is).

Going to try the trial for 5 days then most likely will buy it.

I researched a lot about this (even saw that case study about someone ranking it #1 with only GSA) and really want it. Just going to try the trial first to see if it really is what I think it is :)
Cheers, santos and sven!

did anyone figure out a way to change existing identified site lists naming type from [name].txt to [type]-[name].txt (the actual files themselves)? i want to change the naming convention style so it is easier to import into projects per engine based... at least until sven gets a chance to check on the bug of why projects dont use the identified site lists for posting to (it seems it does post to the verified site lists only)

Quick Question. Does this put backlinks automatically to the inner pages also? I don't see that option.

I just do that myself. I build a list of all the urls for the site, and the keywords I want for those pages, then import it. So it spreads the links across the whole site.

anyone have any tips on how to quickly setup 800 campaigns?

afaik the only option is to re-identify them (tools -> identify urls by file).

Look in your "c:\users\USER\AppData\Roaming\GSA Search Engine Ranker\projects" directory. There are .prj files for projects. Build one that meets your needs, then write a script of some kind to create 799 more, changing variables with your data.

Thats how I would do it if I was trying.

Is anyone else having problems with gsa freezing? It will be fine for an hour or so and then just freeze. The working threads will randomly get stuck and wont move for hours.

Seen that since the last update
When you try and shut it dow, the stuck threads stop it

I would love to see some proof of that!
Proper proof too not some bullshit screen shots!

How in the fuck-fuck do you expect someone to give proof that their website reached #1 using GSA without using screenshots? Give their niche away? Are you retarded, no one gives their niche too the public unless they want more competition.

Anyways, I'm trying the free trial and so far it's great.
Santos, can you tell me if the trial uses GSA SEO Indexer? Saw a few text on the program that included it and even saw the log saying that my confirmed links are being pinged by GSA Indexer.
Thanks!

EDIT: I don't know if anyone else is getting this but, right now I have 80 submitted links and 85 verified links. Is it weird to have more verified links than submitted links? I'm doing only one project btw.

Submitted links go to the Verified section so that is normal.

Ah, nice to know I'm not alone. Was using the version before that and it was working fine, than I saw the update and installed it. Now its lagging and sometimes I have to kill the process just to close it.

Someone mentioned GSA will actually post to forums. How do I get it to do this? All I ever see are profile links.

Alright, my project was to a URL from Squidoo. It's a lens I made on there with a unique article and linking to my money site. I'm trying to social bookmark it with GSA.

Problem is, I've checked one of the links on the side (Green ones) and it shows this:
Code:
http://www.sitespeedlab.com/squidoo.com/

This means it posted a backlink for Squidoo? Not my Squidoo lens?

I'll make sure and let Sven know about this when he gets back. If there is any bug with this, he will fix it.

So you have the indexer installed as well. The SEO indexer is a separate program by GSA. If you have them both installed and had the indexer running with GSA SER you would see the links being sent to the indexer in the indexer window.
