Does SE cloaking work????

hi,
i have been thinking and trying,experimenting different methods for bringing traffic to my sites as well as improve its SE rankings.
during this period i found many are using search engine cloakers.
so my question is does this trick work.
if yes can some1 put a tutorial on some famous search engine cloakers.
where can i get the best one out there.

How did you find that out.?
No cache showing when you do a search..or you looked at the cached version of a ranking site and saw spam.??or tricked a suspicious looking page with a gbot ip.?
Search engine cloaker...has a good forum for instruction..

I know what your saying.
I answered your question.
If you know something about seo/scripts then jump into one of the scripts I mentioned.
If you dont..my suggestion is learn some standard white hat stuff first..
