I'm curious what others are using for their ongoing link building campaigns as far as tools and setup.

I have bought a few seo tools and have settle on the following setup:

Ultimate Demon (high quality tier1)
Scrapebox (constantly scraping footprints to import into UD)
GSA Search Engine Ranker (easy to setup linkwheels and pyramids. I do hq tier1 sites then do some lower quality sites for tier2/tier3).
I use hxxp://texthat.cxm to spin it all together using my keywords and urls when setting up campaigns.

Nice setup man. I'm thinking about pulling the trigger and dropping some money on Ultimate Demon, looks like the perfect all-in-one, set it and forget it tool.

How do you like GSA? I haven't really been able to find any videos/reviews that show it working in depth...

Right now I use Ultimate Niche Finder (great software!) for finding EMDs. I use SocialMonkee to bookmark my sites and BacklinksKingdom to backlink it with article sites. I need to get some more tools...

GSA has a lot of reviews on this forum, mostly positive. I find it can be hands free once you setup the first and 2nd tiers.

csguy, How would the tools you use compare to senuke x? I am going to buy some tools and I was thinking senuke x.

I have not used senuke x yet. Still a bit out of my price range. The tools I use are all available for a one-time fee. But I think they are on par, with the exception of building able to visually create link pyramids. GSA can do it easily, but it's not visual. and UD is supposed to release a visual link diagramer soon.

That's a very decent start. It also sounds you're using your tools, which funnily enough is the biggest mistake people make- not using what they already have!

Maybe I would invest in an auto posting plugin for wordpress. I know wordpress is built for sites, not for link building, but having a constant stream of social links is a good things. Sometimes I forget about a site, and 2 months later it's ranking and bringing money because I've had socialbacklinkerpro running on it.

Otherwise... unfortunately you're looking at monthly costs. Make money with that first, then get a VPS with XRumer on it. Big step! That's why you gotta got the money first. What you using for rank tracking?

TBH(and i may be wrong),if you need to automate first tier then zenno is the only worthy candidate, but its takes time and hard work, almost weeks.
But if we are talking about second tier and so on,then i would suggest either ud or GSA.havent used GSA but have used senukex and UD enough to choose UD.Just one tip for ud don't rely on it for doing wikis,it takes a long time.

I use Link Assist's Rank Tracker tool.

That's my favorite one. If you ever have problems with it, disable the "rotate datacenters" option. It drove me mad for months before I found it.

Yes, that one drove me crazy until I finally saw a thread about it on their support forum. I also use human emulation if going more than 100 deep.

One of the biggest disadvantageous to using automatic or "botting" link building software is that in the end... you and who ever else used that system have the same links.

Most of the software out there, like SENukeX, does not automatically update their link packages, so if you're buying say a monthly subscription via SENukeX, you are bound to eventually get the same re-do or do over links, which leaves a huge foot print for Google-Techs to catch on.

Just my two cents.

Clearly, this user does NOT use SENukeX.

SENukeX deletes non-working sites, add new sites, updates submit algo, etc. multiple times in a week! Check their changelog - http://www.senuke.com/senuke_scripts/ChangeLog.php (ignore the date on the most recent version as that is wrong. The correct date is July 27th).

Same with Magic Submitter - http://www.magicsubmitter.com/umanager/ms_update.htm

Don't make stuff up, please. :(

SENUKE is good but not for blasting 300 to thousand links directly to your money site. Unless you have thousands of anchor texts..

I just discovered a nice little tool that will automatically close the tesseract.exe dialogs that come up with CaptchaSniper...now I can run GSA at 20 threads or more.

How high is your successfull rate (backlinks) with those tools?

It's pretty low maybe 10-20%. But you make up for it in volume. Some tools do a lot better job of it. But I also have very strict guidelines on what it will submit to. So my approval rate is already really high.
