Tool to scrape french content ??

All tools that allow to grabe content from google (or other search engine) are english... Do you know a tool to generate content in which it is possible to select the country of google (google.fr in my case) like scrapebox does it ?
Kontent machine is good but not for french text...
If you know which tool i must used, tell me

Just saw that you replied here a couple days ago. Sorry about that.
Give us few weeks to finish our actual today list and then we'll begin to insert other languages step by step. Then you can spread the links through france
