Actually traffic exchange is worth more than you think. If you are getting a crap load of links and not showing google that you have anyone going to your website than this is a HUGE FLAG. If your using traffic exchange it looks more feasible that you are getting those links. Like my mother used to say to me when she didn't want to talk about the topic anymore, END OF DISCUSSION!

I think enabling all features are pretty amazing. BTW you can get more likes if someone saw your facebook links on Google plus or Twitter for example. So it not a waste.

Out of curiosity (and no, I'm not wanting to start any flame wars - just wondering), what made you think the OP was "shameless self-promotion?" After looking at the OP's posts on the forum, I very much doubted it was. I can see how self promotion could be 'shameless' if one is linking to some site and not declaring that it is theirs, but in this case, I have no idea how you would have come to that conclusion other than some mere suspicion - which I don't think is good enough to make allegations or insinuations.
