[Method] Earn $5k Per Month Building Niche Sites

I am not agree with this point "We are only going after Low Competition keywords", i will always suggest medium Competition keywords, your all method are good but why you are require software /tool in all process ?

Nice Mate.

Backlinking:

Backlinking will be done with Magic Submitter or by using our VA who builds Software/Pad links. We may also consider split testing Unique Article Wizard in the mix, we haven't decided on that yet.

With Magic Submitter, the campaign will simply consist of Web 2.0s, Article Directories, and Social bookmarks in the first tier. The second tier will have social bookmarks and RSS. This linking strategy will be used for any Partial Match Domains that we have.

As far as the VA goes - the VA is building software and inserting links into the PAD file which is then submitted to several software directories. This strategy will be used for any Exact Match Domains that we have.

Using Software for backlink is not affect with Google Panda?

damn these guys won't give up pushing their blog. surprised mods haven't picked up on it yet.

True, they are just using this forum to build list.

I personally do not believe them nor i have seen their earning screenshots.

You can try seeing their blog for a free tutorial. It's actually great. Some golden nuggets in keyword research department. Don't blame someone from the get-go.

Software like magic submitter is as good as you make it to be. You can spam all day long and blame the tool, or you can use it correctly and make progress. I like to compare manual link building and Magic Submitter to walking vs. driving a car. If you don't know how to drive a car, you're probably better off walking.

Thanks Jurky. Not everyones gonna like us, I expected that from the beginning. The point of a sig, is to get people to click on a link. If we provide value to someone, then maybe they'll want to check out our site, it's pretty straight forward. Also, the only money we make from our blog is by sales on affiliates that we show in videos that we're actually using everyday. We clearly state which links on our site are affiliates.

Anyway, there's gonna be haters, and there's gonna be people that realize that what we're doing is not only working for us, but for a lot of other people who also openly document their strategies. And yes, we try to build our list as we provide as much useful info as we can. I believe that every internet marketer should be doing the same.

Are you using just 1 adsense account for all of the mns or are you using multiple accounts?

Nice, I personally like this idea IF you can find good keywords, any tips for that?

Also, how long does it take for you guys to actually rank?

We have 2 at the moment. One is under my name and the other is under my partner's name.

We use Long Tail Pro and SEMrush - they seem to work best for us and we're able to filter through keywords extremely fast. Tools like Market Samurai can also work as well. We have MS, but we find it to be quite slow in comparison, so we don't use it for finding our niche sites. As far as actual search tips goes we just use the criteria I mentioned in the first post. Here's a youtube video where I cover this a little further: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWqc-CgrecQ

Once you find some good niches, you should capitalize on that niche and find other keywords you can rank for within that niche.

If we get EMD and we're using pad links, we can rank in under 2 weeks.

Yeah I second this, it takes time to ready content, fire up tools etc. If you have the tools in the first place then low comp keywords are not a very good idea. The first reason being that google keyword tool search predictions are shite. Honestly, I swear at least 30% of the numbers are just pulled from their asses. I have stats from my sites and from GWT to prove this. It's worse the further down the traffic scale you go.

So, 1 in 3 keywords are no good from the word go because you've gone for the low hanging fruit and walked face first into the tree trunk.

Also, what are you doing for accounts? Have many adsense account to have all 200 of those sites across? EDIT: Found your answer. 2 adsense accounts... well power to ya!

By the way, I'm not trying to be negative, SEO is pretty simple once you got the principles down so your plan is a solid one, I just think people should be more ambitious. A fail is a fail if you can't rank for low or med terms, but there's a big difference when you win!

Looks like a sweet method! Hope it works out well for everyone involved.

Are you selling your websites after setting them up?

Thanks for the post. But can you show us some proof?

I don't think it's a safe bet to post adsense screenshots. Even though I feel there's no reason for us to get the ban hammer, it's better to be safe than sorry. Honestly, I think it's foolish to base trust on a "screenshot" anyway.

Most of them we've been keeping for the residual, but we have sold a few of them. We sold them after they were at least 3 months old and earning income.

Any writer u recommend from Odesk?

I would just make a job posting and hire the best writers that apply. You can see how we do that on this video.
