Hey guys,

Im checking this listing on flippa.
https://flippa.com/2794998-60k-exact-search-match-900-subscribers-low-competition-diablo3download-com
It has nice stats no revenues has been claimed but they have
low competition with nice exact US search match. and they also
have 900 highly targeted subscribers.

you think this site is worth the efforts? if so how much I should pay for it?

Thanks

Well i think around $150-$200 Is the best price for it.
Its my own opinion thas it.

How much do want to spent?
Do you know how to monetize it.If you buy?
What are your plannings you have in your mind to do with the site?

I still dind't bet on this one, Im thinking about it will wait for
the last day of auction to bid, just wanted to know what BHW fellows
have to say about that.

What makes this that much better than starting your own site to compete in the niche? They are selling it as if it's getting that traffic from still being ranked. On top of it all Diablo 3 already came out so you missed the massive flow of people coming in to buy the game. The number one ranked site is the official site. Why would they pass that to get to yours to download it? Personally, I see this as a niche that's on it's way down from it's glory days and your money could be best spent purchasing other sites or SEO programs.

I think it the price is $250 - $500. If I were you I were just purchase the http://flippa.com/auctions/2794998/site now before some one will buy it.

Would you like traffic coming from this countries?

Don't believe the BS. Look at the google pdf file first off.

SEM Rush says his best day in the last 6 months the site saw 80 visitors. And that was only for 1 day. No traffic before Jan 2012 and nothing since May 2012.

The least he could of done was purchase some bot traffic. The dot org version of this domain isn't great but a helluva lot better than this listing as far as traffic is concerned.

He's not ranked in the top 3 pages let alone top 3 of anything. All I see is a bunch of smoke and mirrors and an undeveloped site that thought the EMD would catapult him to the top. I guess he didn't get the news EMDs don't have the power they had a couple years ago.

I'm not sure where he got his numbers from. My tools say this phrase maxed out almost a year ago. Search queries dropped to almost nothing since August 2011. Current volume is around 5400 a month. CPC is 0.27 cents. Competition is low but of course it is, this ship has sailed and torrents are full of downloads.

I don't see a good way to monitize this without Blizzard breathing down your next. The website isn't optimized for any keywords, has nothing but junk in the index and couldn't draw 5 visitors a day if it's web life depended on it.

Good luck to you guys but don't believe a word the seller has posted. Get some tools at and start digging. Or at the very least look at that google verified pdf file.

I recently had purchased diablo3-info. net from Flippa myself, being a naive young go getter with a passion for gaming. The seller was fantastic and the site itself runs fine, but I did not put enough research into what I was buying and it has made me pretty much bupkiss. It is probably my lack of Xp but I think you need to know what to look for on Flippa. Good luck to you though!
