Facebook requires good new IP's, 1 per account would be ideal. Clear cookies and flash, new email each account, new names and unique passwords each time. If any of these things link to another FB account at any time, then that might trigger phone verification. No real trick, just regular account creation process

Nope, I have no experience with fb devil. I am more into do it yourself programs such as Zenno poster or ubot . but i dont market on FB at the moment, but i have a little in the past, making accounts shouldnt be too hard as long as you keep it clean

Be careful as to what proxies you use for FB collection, they are getting wiser about this.
