I want a card verified paypal account but with a reloadable card in it so that i may use the same card again and again (without getting into risk of being limited by changing VCC's multiple times).

Also, since the paypal needs to directly withdraw from credit card in Indian accounts, hence reloadable card seems to be the only option. What is the charge for a reloadable card verified Paypal account and how can i reload the money into it?...

But i have lot of questions on this.
So i can get usabank account and usa paypal verified and all documents to my india mail address for 290$.
So this account usa bank account can be used for withdrawl here
and i can use paypal account for send and receive without any limits.
Here paypal will ask for identity like utility bill and SSN number
SAme bankers will also ask the same.
So will you create SSn numbers for us or fake numbers will be used for opening USA bank account and paypal account.
Since one of my online earnings program will ask me for document like ssn scanned copy for verification is that possible. i am loosing 2500$ every month of not having usa bank account and usa paypal account and SSN number. can u help me out with your service. is there any chances
