Should i buy pr8 Domain

Hi
i see a domain for sale on yourmaindomain It has PR8 and about 400 backlinks
if i buy this domain is there any possible that pr will remain stable or down. They said domain have permanent Backlinks
there is no site in domain , Domain is on Parking.
is this Valid PR? shoul i have to buy this domain or not?

O yeah its valid alright, I am just using my physic powers now to see the domain WHICH YOU HAVE NOT INCLUDED in the post. The PR is definitely valid and you should buy it this instant.
 
I highly doubt that anyone would sell a legitimate pr8.

It has 400 backlinks so probably will have been faked. To gain enough reputation to get a pr8 domain, the site would need thousands of sites linking in.

I would definitely avoid this.
 
You bought a faked PR domain. Just wanted to share that with you. I don't need the domain name or any more information than you provided. You got taken and I hope you didn't spend a lot.

Good luck and I hope it winds up at least a PR1 after the next update.
 
A PR8 would have at least 1 or 2 million legit backlinks, so this is fake.
 
I came across a load of similiar domains for sale on digital point when I first started. Like everyone said it is faked. The guy selling it will have his own private network and is pointing some strong links at it to boost the rank.. I wouldnt mind reading a tutorial on exactly how its done because I am interested in the method.

From what Ive heard your page rank will drop like a stone in the next three months after you buy it

I think the technique was used on this is to redirect 301 a domain to a domain with high pr. After the google pr update the domain that was redirected will get the same pr to the domain it was redirected.
 
Don't buy. Its a fake. Always take a look at majestico backlink profile before buying a High PR domain, Thanks
