How many Links want fo PR4 to PR5

I dont think that there is an exact amount that will bump you up. It's more about getting links from higher PR sites that will bump it up. Rather focusing on quantity, I think quality of the links and getting links from authoritative sites is what is going to help.

quality is more important than quantity, even 10 links from high PR (above yours) can make you jump from 2 to 4

Thanks any source of tech backlinks?

Yeah, you really need to just look for quality if looking to bump your PR. I guess you are looking to sell links from your blog as in terms of actual rank - PR doesn't mean much these days (in terms of determining where you rank).

it's depend upon quantity if you are using more unique quantity content and backlink that's really useful.

quality is more important than quantity....edu and gov backlinks are the best

There are many factors primary of which is how many links are going out from the linking page. A page with one outward link provides more "link juice" than a page with 10 links going out, i.e. each link going out dilutes the other outward link's "link juice". This being the case there is not a finite number of links to achieve a certain level of PR.

Please remember that PR does not determine SERP ranking. Your total link profile with a focus on relevance is what is key to doing well in the SERPs.

Quality is preferred over Quantity, if someone guess the amount he may be belong to Google team, even experience SEO cannot calculate the amount. I would suggest don't think about link, think about content and manipulation of content in order to get links from it, because Content is King and Links are Queen.

It depends on a lot of things such as the age of your domain ,the quality of your backlinks and so on.
