Meh, it sucked anyway. There are much better free things out there man.

It appears so... Check out MajesticSEO, they offer a plan to check the backlinks for your own site for free. OpenSiteExplorer is another good alternative, but its costly. Ahrefs offers some free backlink data as well. My favorite is Majestic, its the best for the price.

Its true that while making search backlinkwatch shows annoying pop ups but backlinkwatch is very good site to view backlinks, so far I know.
Sorry mate, MajesticSEO needs free registration to check backlinks whereas backlinkwatch and Ahrefs.com doesn't need any registration to see backlinks. If you create a free account on Ahref then you can make upto 15 search per day.
But you need not to worry cause I have create an account on MajesticSEO now.

Just checked this out. Not too bad for a free tool.
I am a little disappointed that BLW went down. I actually used it a lot for quick searches on the OBL numbers of my backlinks.
very good site. Its show backlinks from unique domain with the PR of that domain. But if I have 10 links from a domain then how they will show those backlinks?
