Perhaps, perhaps not. But the point of this thread isn't what the site is... it's that some people out there are still managing to rank well post-penguin. Which should give hope to you out there who have fallen on tough times. It means there IS a way.

Definitely there is a way. And all peoples do not follow those way. Now after panda and penguin, whole seo world is change. And google heavily follow all type of backlink methods. and giving value to those websites where link diversity + keyword diversity + uniqueness

Anyone know for sure what the website is? I mean, someone post his results or success and everybody jump up to congratulate and make conclusions about his techniques to rank it to #2 without even knowing what is the website and what are the real results ?
Not trying to put down OP, no reason for that at all, just asking how all of you still can be so trustful, to make conclusions from one "hey I've done this" type of post.
