Need help - Getting a bot that will send 50k+ emails daily frm a spreadsheet.

Im getting daily lists between 50k-100k emails, I have a programmer creating a bot that will extract the persons name from the spreadsheet and send my created template to their email but i've never done email marketing and would like to know how can i have this done.

What is the breakdown of your 50-100K emails?
GI (general internet - small company domains)
TLDs (top level domains - Yahoo, hotmail, gmail, aol, etc...)

If you have no experience in mailing and you have 70+% TLDs, I would just use aweber since the first month is only $1.00
This way, you won't have to worry about throttling or warming up IPs.
I can recommend you to a program that will do all that but they they will be expensive for someone that mails just 100K emails per day. Also, you will have a lot to learn to start inboxing TLDs and most of them have different rules.

One more thing, if your list is mostly GI, you can use interspire even though you won't be able to throw in junk text or edit the header.

Assuming you'll want to include the users name from the csv file within the body or subject line of the message you'll need a custom solution. Why don't you get your programmer to go one step further and create a simple script using PHP to do this? Get a few VPS's, split up your lists and send 25k over a 24hour period with each VPS...

While you're at it, ask your programmer to create a custom front end for PMTA 4.0. Then you can play with the big boys. Your data can reside on a server1 and you can tunnel IPs from say server2, server3, server4. This way, you will be using the IPs of server2-4 to mail and if one of your servers gets shut down, you don't lose all your work. Just replace that server with a new one. The IPs from server1 will never be shown in the email header.
Anyhow, all this for the low price of $100. Haha.

Its 50/50 with GI and TLD, I would like to know how aweber would be able to do this, never knew it was capable of that.

get a desktop mailer (Atomic Mail Sender) you can use the names in the body, and setup smtp server,configure SPF/DKIM/RDNS/IP ROTATION.

The IPs used by aweber are already warmed up, so you will inbox a much higher percentage of your emails. Also, they also have whitelisted IP which goes right to the inbox. But if you get complaints, they will shut you down.
