Most advertising networks are actually reluctant to work with specific products. I'd recommend using "advanced techniques" as mentioned by Dollwin.

Some of our affiliates are promoting our products through G Shop and Adwords successfully. I won't mention their techniques but I can tell for sure there is a way around G.

Just signed up and here is some feedback for anyone else interested...

1. It seems for some reason my name has become John Eston and I am in India (not posting entire address here in case there really is a John Eston)...
2. There are no cosmetic products for the UK
3. There is just 1 perfume product for the UK
4. For cigars, perfumes, cosmetics I am set at just 10% commission
5. Not many UK Cigarette Brands...

So far not too impressed...

About your inquiries.
Most verticals are available worldwide and UK is an excellent market for cigarettes. Perfumes, cigars, tobacco or cosmetics are less profitable so no, we do not ship these verticals to UK.

Regarding our tiers:

1. CIGARETTES 15% to 25%
2. TOBACCO 15% to 25%
3. CIGARS 10% to 15%
4. ALCOHOL 10% to 15%
5. PERFUMES 10% to 15%
6. COSMETICS 10% to 15%

Or

$50 CPA on each new approved order by new customers and 5% on every returning order, of duty-free cigarettes, cigars and tobacco products

I would suggest starting a cigarettes campaign properly targeted and only after that you can tell me if you are impressed or not

product range for the uk is declining by the week. they have now slapped on a hefty 1/3 shipping rate (well it works out at a 3rd on the items i intend to order.)
with no noticeable decrease in price! apparently they have decreased prices on their post in the affiliate section but have noticed prices have actually gone up for golden virgina tobacco. to the point its actually about the same price i can get it for from my local baccy barron and i dont have to wait the 3 weeks for it to arrive.

you were a good company but everything i see suggests to me that your on the decline (which is a shame as i loved working with you)

Thanks for the feedback, it's indeed important to us.
We reduced prices on 70% of our brands and included shipping fees to products outside the US and Canada.
Considering that 80% of our total sales are coming from US and Canada, those are amazing news for affiliates. Since the price reduction, sales raised by 39%!

I actually did send two applications, since I already signed up after I read that I had to mention I am a BHW member. Sorry for that.

One more question though. On the airportcigarettes site, it's only possible to pay by creditcard. Will that also be the case if you make an affiliate site?
Because in the Netherlands it's not quite common to have a creditcard. Most of the people simply don't have one.
