How many PR updates does google have every year?
Does it have any fixed schedule for that or its just a random process.

Usually it's about once a month or lately more like once in 2 months, so do your own maths

I agree with WhitePassion. My first site got PR3 after 3 months. So update should 4-5 times per year

There is two google page ranks. The published PR this is updated four times a year but google missed the last one and there is the private pr that google uses internally. Anyway don't worry about the published PR. Worry about where you site is placed on your targeted keywords. Also if you are in a competitive space try targeting less used keywords. Its better being ranked no 1 in less used keywords than being rank 200 in the most popular keyword.

WTF do people care what PR there site is? PR is worthless and doesn't do shit for rankings. YOu should forget about PR unless you are trying to sell PR sites to people. If you are worried about the PR of your site, you should find more important things to worry about.
