If you are looking to make a long lasting authority site, then grey is the way to go IMO.
Still use automation, but better content, careful linking and no overt blackhat stuff (fake refer - 5,000,000 Xrumer blasts, link jacking and that)

THe BH stuff still works short term though. If I was doing "micro site"/"throwaway site" stuff..I would still go black hat. Quick and easy, throw up a site, make money, site gets hammered who cares?- Only took 4 hours to make so no biggy, you've made 50 more sites in the mean time.

But in general I agree. If you have just one or a couple of sites with say 100,000 unique on topic words, unique vids, community etc etc, then Grey hat seems the obvious choice these days

Nothing happened to my Sites.. I have Two Site with Similar Keywords.. One of them is Stable at No.2 and No.4 but the Other Site is Not Visible on Google.. I use all same Methods for both of the Sites.. Don't know what's Happening..
