Ever land a "dream" domain?? (super high value)

I just got lucky and snagged what I call a dream domain. It's a 33k exact search term, but it's also a perfect domain for an authority site so it'll generate traffic from tons of kw's and long tail kw's when I start building it.

When I searched all extensions just about everything was taken, even the spam extensions ie mobi, biz, ws, me were all taken but there sit .ORG

I did a little checking and it just expires yesterday! Wow killer timing for sure..

Anybody ever snag a true DREAM domain??

Yes, I used to be a huge domainer. I have come across several "dream" domains back during my domaining days. I keep them all parked for now but i am currently trying to develop one. I do get nice offers once in awhile though for them.

My best is a .org with 110k monthly searches. My best .com has 18k monthly searches. I have a bunch of decent 1 word domains as well.

Be careful that it is not a branded domain. Most of the high search domains people pic up are branded and are a liability, not an asset.

I found a couple 20k .com domains, but they suck (from my point of view). something like citylibrary.com

I am in a bit of a jiff right now to find high monthly search domain names but no luck yet !!!
I am confused about how to grab nice domain names for domain parking?
Please it would help me a lot if you could help me with the techniques to find a good domain name.
