It's funny how people refer to bulletproof servers. If your IPs are listed, you are screwed.
Once the HAUS has listed your IPs, you will have to get a new server/IP range.
Also, the IP ranges in so called bulletproof servers are so used and abused, it's not even funny. And if someone within the same subnet does something bad, the whole /21 can get listed affecting everyone.

as far as I know, offshore seo vps is not 100% bulletproof any longer but I would say they are the most lenient there is out there rightt now. For 100% bulletproof hosting these days you'll need to pay at least $700/m for a small dedicated server that has network rotation. Thumbs up for offshore seo vps.
