Now, I am not accusing anyone here of fraud. I am, however, telling people to stay away from this guy. I don't believe he is registered here at all, unless the person here who referred me to this 'money making strategy' is him or connected with him.
It all started a few days ago when someone here posted a thread about making money with pharmacy cards. I thought, awesome! I am a college student and doing that kind of work is right up my alley (handing them out to medical establishments). I thought of how I would do it and everything but didn't buy the cards (you have to buy your own cards to hand out which I thought was weird but nonetheless) because it was the weekend and I didn't want to tie up money in case of an emergency. Also, I found out the 'printing company' is located in my town. Very weird, cause my town is 10k people. When I searched their address it was residential and they don't have any website aside from the pharmacy one. How would a tiny, unknown out of your basement printing company land a contract to print these cards for a business partnered with 60k pharmacies? Anyways, today I was going to sell on Craigslist so I thought tomorrow I would buy cards once I put the money in the bank. Boy am I glad I didn't. I decided to research the company first and look at press articles and member reviews on things like how fast payment is and that sort of thing. This 'company' claims to be partnered with 60,000 pharmacies across the USA (mostly just the big name ones), so surely I thought there must be press out there. If they have that many pharmacy partners then they must be a big company! They sure do advertise like they are the biggest or one of the biggest out there. Couldn't find a thing. All I could find is 'reviews' made by the same 3 affiliates. Ones with pixelated, dated photos and the same three commenting on each others different pages all the time. No press of any kind at any reputable or semi reputable place. No accounts of normal people and their experience. Just the same names, same pixelated pics, same dated photos.
I thought, well, this is odd, so I decided to dig further. I found that the company hasn't even been registered for a year. Also, when the guy who referred me e-mailed me to check up and see if I had questions, he had a fake email. That is, an alias name used instead of his real name. Why would you have a fake name on a business email? When I asked him, he said it was a 'shell' or something. Not sure why you'd use one though unless you didn't want people knowing who you are.
Earlier today, after doing a whois, I decided to look up the 'owner' Michael A. Conway on Google. When I asked my 'advisor' more questions he said I could also contact Michael. Now, Michael is the CEO or owner of the company. If they are such a big and legit company, why would I get tech help from the owner and CEO? That would be like having issues with your computer and calling up the CEO of Dell for tech support. Didn't make sense.
Well, up until now I had only found the same articles and 'reviews' by the same three people everywhere so I was surprised what I found when I googled Michael Conway.

That is the link there. Apparently this guy Michael is known to make these shell companies, specifically for this niche, and use or scam people to make himself money. He then shuts down the companies and vanishes until a new one pops up. That is quite a lengthy thread too, so you can read if interested.
Now, I am not accusing the guy here who referred me as being either Michael Conway, or profiting from this. I am not even sure if he has any knowledge of any of this because he said in his thread that he has only been doing it for a month and everything. I have seen many 'shitlist' threads here and would never accuse anyone unless I had concrete 100% evidence against them. I am simply warning people here if you ever see the name Michael Conway, to run for the hills like your life depends on it. You can see that thread and see all these companies he has made, used, or worked at to scam mostly the elderly. Incarerx is his current business.
I won't post the guy's username here that referred me unless a mod or admin specifically asks me or tells me to. I hope also this is the right section to post this in. if not, feel free to move it. The only chat logs I have also if anyone needs them is just some emails with the guy from here.
