AFAIK GSA only needs to find the registration link/button. As long as it finds this link GSA knows what to do.1) How exactly does the submission take place? I mean, say that I'm importing a list of scraped forums (after scraping with Scrapebox) - does GSA needs that I will use the homepage links, or any other pages (like for example a registration page) or that as long as it's a forum that GSA is familiar with it will automatically know how to post on it?
This is what I do, but I don't know if it is always the best choice. As GSA has the option to remove all duplicate domains as well, I think that this is safe. But only if you checked "avoid posting on same domain twice".[/quote]2) Further to the above - after using Scrapebox, I remove duplicate URLs. My question is - can I trim to root and remove all duplicate domains as well or to leave all the results (many pages for same domain)? What will give better results?
All I can say is that GSA searches in the source code of the homepage for potential engines. If it finds one, it tries to post to them.I'm pretty sure that Sven will answer all your questions in the next couple of days/hours, if S4antos has forwared to him3) Does the answer to my previous questions stands for the other platforms as well (blogs, articles, guestbook, social bookmarks, etc...)[

After purchasing and using this for the last week, I do have a question someone here can probably answer. I have watched a bunch of the training videos but have never seen this mentioned.
example
A bunch of times I will see:
Submitted 400 Verified 56
Then upon further running on its own, it will start to count backward.
Submitted 399 Verified 56
Submitted 398 Verified 56
Submitted 397 Verified 56
.
.
Submitted 366 Verified 56
Etc. I have seen it count backward at least 50 after being at a stable submitted level for at least an hour ++ that I had it up on my other screen.
Why would it count backward - either submitted is true or not - how can it be "not true" hours or days into the future?
The backward counting happens pretty quickly - in about a 5 min period of time.
Hey guys,
Thanks for everyone that helped answer the questions while I was gone today. It was much appreciated.
To everyone that posted a feature request/suggestion, I'll make sure and send it to Sven tonight.
what's the project status? if it is "active (v)" than it is normal, because its verifying only.owk my GSA has been verifying linkf for almost 24 hrs now ...is that normal ?![]()
Hi s4nt0s,

3) Does the answer to my previous questions stands for the other platforms as well (blogs, articles, guestbook, social bookmarks, etc...)
Thanks again for the help!

[Request/Question]
I see that the "About Me" appear for the following platforms: articles, forums, web2.0 and social networks.
However, for the article platforms it serves a whole different purpose and needs to be written different since this is actually a resource box, which has to include links to the site (resource box many times is a description of the website than the author himself).
So can Sven add a "Resource Box" specifically to the articles module? And if not, how should we handle it?
Thanks
As far as I can see, there's no way to edit
project's details and options on the go.
Two days ago I changed URLs and switched to PR1+ only,
but the software keeps posting to pr0 using old URLs.

I've noticed that if a project status is 'active (p)' when you run a program update it sets the project as 'active' when you run the program again. This causes SER to continue building links again until your predefined limit has once again been reached which, depending on your settings, might be anything from a few hours to a week or more before you actually want it to. Any chance of putting in a request for it to save the status settings when updating?
Another thing I'd like to see is a way of adding individual notes to each project. Something along the lines of right click on a project > notes, and then have a text file open.
As far as I can see, there's no way to edit
project's details and options on the go.

I have gsa set to only post to pr1 or above (page pr), but its only posting to pr0's...anyone else having this problem?
