namecheap for me. Most experience with them, never have any problem

Go and get a 0.99$ domain from Godaddy and renew it with internet.bs ;).
Or just go straight to internet.bs

D.

Ive been using namecheap for years now. Never have had any problems with them. Great customer support as well!

NameCheap is great, but never rely on just one company for all your domains.

I use Resell.biz almost exclusively, unless Namecheap or GoDaddy have an awesome promo. Cheaper than Internet BS and has all the free stuff (privacy, DNS, etc).

So, do we need to pay for domain privacy. I have got a dozens of domains (.com only) from an Indian registrar and I don't have to pay for domain privacy (just open a ticket after purchasing the domain and its done).

I use namecheap, I used GoDaddy earlier but ran into problems with my nameservers automatically switching back to their defaults.

I have only used Godaddy and I was fairly happy with it, but i will check out namecheap as everyone here seems to have positive feedback on it. Do you guys know if NC they also handle domains when they expire? Goddady has the option but I am sure paying for this is the right thing to do.

cheers

Do you have to actually be a reseller to get a $6 domain?

Namecheap for sure.

Used nodaddy once, month later got invoiced for something I never signed up for, sleaze bags, that's how they try to stick their hand in you wallet when you're not looking.

I find the namecheap interface to be much better than the others I know, and in particular, better than godaddy
