When people unsubscribe from my list should I delete their email or can I still email to them?

How big should my list be before I should start an email marketing campaign?

How do I decide what to promote to my email list? I created this list using a movie site. Users had to enter their email before going into the site.

And can anybody recommend a guide to me for email marketing because this, as you all can probably tell from my questions, is my first try at it.

hey there bud, it sounds to me like your using a scraped email list i'm guessing... You can mail to whoever you want, but if you include an opt out in your email I would strongly advise again emailing people that 'opted out' or else there is no point for even having that option haha. Maybe it makes you look slightly better under the LAW. lol but this seems blackhat anyways so whatever.
i would find a good network in a specific niche. Stick with it and you'll do good. I'm making 2k+

1. Yes, delete their email and never contact them again, unless they re-subscribe. I'm pretty sure it's against the law not to.

2. I would start pretty much straight away, don't really have anything to lose. Just make sure the content that you are sending them is relevant to the reason why they subscribed or something that they might be interested in.

3. I always make sure mine are double opt-in, but you could try searching for ones that are using disposable domains or that aren't even in a correct email format.

4. Just relevent CPA offers such as places to stream movies free such as netflix. Else you could create a page with a movie to stream and it comes up with a content locker when they try to play. Then send them a weekly newsletter with popular films and links to stream them (CPA content locked)

5. Not sure about a guide for this, just go with your gut feeling

The list must be opt-in if you want to have a good result from your list. If lists are not opt-in it could be waste of time and energy. Collect emails for a certain niche.

First, you need to delete the unsubscribers to improve your work effieicnt.
Second, your mail content shoule be relevent with your promotion closely. And be creative for your mail contents

Opt in lists are best to have a better conversation rate, its up to you if you delete them its is good but if you keep them its OK as well, keep the record and try to find the ways how you make them subscribe again.. If you have filtrated those who have unsubscribed, after some time pass set a new campaign for them for once check them send them some really interesting stuff and see how much subscribe again.

Hi, in my opinion, for the first question, you'd better delete the email and do not send them emails. they unsubscribe from your list.maybe they do not need your infromation. so sending this kind of emails again could be a waste of time and energy.
for the second question, how big your email list depends on your email server limit. and you need pay attention to the sending frequency.
for the third question, there is email verifier software to verify the email address valid or not.
for the fouth, make your mail message interesting and that should also benefit your recepients. that will be helpful to build long-term relationship with your subscribers.

If you unsubscribe from a list... would you want to continue getting emails? Would you all of a sudden turn in to a buyer if they didn't remove you?

Sometimes if you ask yourself these questions the answers become revealed.

More bad advice from someone who obviously is not Can-spam compliant.

If you want to keep yourself out of trouble, do yourself a favor and read the Can-Spam act.

It's not hard at all to stay compliant, and it will save you from a lot of headaches/legal issues.
