Need mod help me to sole the problem

Hello Mods. I have a little problem with my bhw account: My pm box always display 100% full. I have delete some message from in box and sent box,but it still show me 100% full. could you tell me how can I do it to solve the problem.

Yes, I only have 24 posts. But I must tell you all of my pm not spam. If I do it like that, maybe I have been banned early. Some member sell their service or product here,and said that PM him for more info. So I just pm them for this.

I have joined BHW since june 2008, it give me great help for the online marketing. thanks for the site owner and all the mods,members.
