Need a good site that will put ads on my site

I need it to pay with paypal or Liberty Reserve. Also my site has one little porn section which will get me denied from alot of websites like Adsense. Can someone give me a good site that will accept me? Also I don't want all the ads to be about adult content. Obviously some can but not all of it. Thanks in advanced!
