Looks liek i been scammed by Exaggerated for $300

,he sounded like a really nice person when i made that investment.Now looks like i been scammed !Feel really bad not only because of the money(well that was my last savings for few of my upcoming projects) but also i always believed if i do good thing,things will always look up for me(eventually!) even if i am going through a very tough time now.I really feel bad for myself for believing people & i never thought up until now anyone will do things like this with me.I just hope i get my money back.

I was almost scam by that guy a month ago. I post on that thread but lots of you still believe in him. Exaggerated is also known as xzibit a full time scammer.

Do either of you have any conversation logs from him? Op, do you have proof of payment?
If it was paypal, you should be able to get it back.

Exactly, If you look at the shitlist rules you really need some conversation logs or something for
evidence. Just saying someone is a scammer is not enough. Anyway we will see how this develops.
If you do not feel comfortable making your conversation or transaction logs public then I would
suggest sending it to a Admin.

Webmaster I hope you get your cash back but I have to be honest I read through that thread last month and I thought it seemed very sketchy....from an early stage a lot of people were asking questions. Anyway start posting proof I see he hasnt been about for a while so lets see if hes gone to ground

Always use a credit card that you've used through Paypal for double the layer of protection...although I hardly count paypal as a later of protection. Use your credit card because once it's withheld from Paypal, they're screwed and if you provide proof of the scam, then your CC company will always back you up.

Dude if you are asking i am trying to claim something out of proportion then you are wrong!I do have proof & i already talked with mod. about this issue.I am doing what he suggested & if he ask me to send the paypal payment i can do that as well.I don't do shitty business with people as i don't believe deceiving people.

Yeah i understand what you are saying but i talked to him & he sounded like a really nice guy!I didn't invested on a hurry as i did it after i seen a guy left proof that he got his investment back.As i mentioned on my thread earlier i am on a tight situation now,my online income sources has been dried up significantly over the last few months & i was desperately looking to make some quick cash to get the ball rolling again.
