I need somebody to scrape a list of a minimum 600 such sites

I researched around through the forum as well as online and the lists available are dead.

How will I know the lists are legit? I will test them in my Ultimate Demon. PLEASE NOTE THAT SITES MUST BE ON THE FOLLOWING PLATFORMS: ELGG AND JCOW ( THESE ARE THE PLATFORMS SUPPORTED BY ULTIMATE DEMON)
